Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to the Android app Reverse Audio: Reversy, package com.reverse.audio.reverseaudio.singchallenge, provided by Matechmobile Global Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the App. A parent or guardian should review these Terms before allowing a child to use the App.

2. Audio features and responsible use

The App provides audio recording, file import, reversing, playback and related audio features. Available functions can vary by App version and device. You are responsible for the audio you record, import, save or share and for obtaining permissions required to record other people or use copyrighted material.

Do not use the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, infringement, or other unlawful activity. Edited or reversed recordings can change how speech is perceived; do not present altered audio in a misleading way that harms others.

3. Your audio and App ownership

You retain any rights you have in your own recordings and content. You authorize the processing, copying, playback, export or sharing necessary to provide features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us a general right to publish your recordings or use them in advertising.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the App for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms. The App software, branding and included assets remain owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Do not redistribute the App or bypass technical restrictions without authorization. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict remain unaffected.

4. Permissions, storage and privacy

Microphone access is needed for recording. Other permissions or system services may be needed for features you choose. You can manage permissions in Android settings, although denying a required permission can prevent the corresponding feature from working.

Read the Privacy Policy for information about audio, technical data, advertising services, purchases and your choices. Review files before sharing and keep copies you want to retain. Clearing App data or uninstalling can remove local files; exported files, backups and copies held by recipients are managed separately.

Read the Privacy Policy.

5. Google Play purchases and subscriptions

If a paid feature or subscription is offered, the Google Play purchase screen shows the price in the applicable currency, billing period, benefits and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm. Only purchase with the account holder's authorization. Parents or guardians should control purchases by children.

Subscriptions renew as disclosed at purchase unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Any free or discounted period and subsequent charge are defined by the offer shown to you. These Terms do not promise a particular trial length or billing period.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, withdrawal rights and cancellations are governed by applicable Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law. Restoring eligible access may require the original Google Play account and an internet connection.

Manage Google Play subscriptions.

6. Advertising and external services

The App may show advertising and contain links or sharing options for external services. An ad or link does not mean we endorse the destination or its products. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Some network features require internet access, and your network provider's data charges may apply.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the App, change features or compatibility requirements, fix problems, or discontinue a service. Android version, device capability, storage, permissions and third-party availability can affect operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to paid benefits remain subject to the purchase terms and your mandatory consumer rights. We will provide notice, choices or refunds where required by applicable law.

8. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or work on every device. This does not exclude statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse contrary to these Terms or services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Your rights to complain to a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court remain unaffected.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time and must cancel any subscription separately through Google Play. Where technically applicable and lawful, we may restrict access for material misuse or a legal requirement, subject to applicable notice, refund and consumer-rights requirements. Ownership, outstanding payment obligations and mandatory rights continue where relevant after use ends.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms and will state the update date. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. Revisions do not remove mandatory rights relating to earlier purchases.
