Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
Matechmobile Global Limited, the developer listed on Google Play ("we", "us" or "our"), provides Reverse Audio: Reversy (the "App"), Android package com.reverse.audio.reverseaudio.singchallenge. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you record, import, reverse, play, save or share audio, use other App features, or contact support.
Audio features and integrated advertising, analytics and payment services handle different kinds of information. The sections below describe those purposes and the choices available to you.
2. Microphone, audio and files
The App requests microphone permission so you can record audio when you choose to use the recording feature. You can deny or revoke this permission in Android settings; recording will then be unavailable. Recording may use an Android foreground service and a recording notification.
When you select an audio file to import, the App accesses the selected content to provide audio features. Recordings and imported audio are used for reversing, playback, speed and pitch adjustments, and library functions. Audio processing creates local working files or saved copies on your device. The local library also stores recording names, timestamps, durations and file locations for original and reversed audio.
Audio can contain your voice, other people's voices or background sounds. Record other people only when you have the permission required by applicable law, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
If you export or share a file, the destination you choose receives that audio and any information included in the file. Its privacy practices apply to that copy. Device backups, device transfer, cloud-synced folders and sharing services may create additional copies under your settings. Local audio processing should not be understood as a guarantee that every saved or shared copy always stays on the device.
3. Technical information, analytics and advertising
The App and integrated services process technical and usage information such as device and advertising identifiers, installation identifiers, device model, operating system and App version, language, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, App interactions, advertising impressions and clicks, crash logs and diagnostics.
This information is used to operate and configure the App, understand feature usage, diagnose problems, measure advertising and installation performance, deliver and measure ads, and prevent fraud. Advertising data and available personalization depend on active services, device settings, region and any consent required by law.
Approximate location inferred from network information is different from access to precise GPS location. Information collected by analytics or advertising services is separate from the audio needed for recording and editing.
4. Purchases and support
If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, Google Play handles checkout. Google Play Billing and integrated purchase or attribution components may process product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction and entitlement status, and purchase events to provide paid access, validate purchases, measure performance or prevent fraud. We do not receive your full payment-card details through Google Play Billing.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond and investigate the request. Only attach an audio file if it is necessary for your request and you are entitled to share it.
5. Service providers and sharing
Google Play services and Google Play Billing support distribution, device services and purchases. Firebase components support analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration and installation-related operation. Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX support advertising. The App uses AppsFlyer for attribution and related advertising and purchase measurement.
These providers may process the categories described above under their service settings and privacy policies. Depending on the service, they may act on our behalf or process information for purposes explained in their own policies. A component being present does not mean every provider processes every category in every session.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, to protect lawful rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. A service or person you choose as a sharing recipient receives the content you send.
6. Storage and retention
Local recordings, imported copies, edited audio, preferences and temporary files are stored as needed for the features you use. Use the App's file controls where available and Android storage settings to manage local data. Files exported to shared storage or another app may remain after you clear App data or uninstall.
Backups, transferred files and copies held by recipients are managed separately under the relevant device settings and services. Clearing local data does not automatically remove those copies.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, keep necessary records and meet legal obligations. Technical, advertising and purchase records held by providers are subject to the relevant service settings, retention practices and legal requirements. No single retention period applies to all these categories.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You can control microphone access and relevant permissions through Android settings, choose which files to import or share, and manage App storage, exported files and device backups separately. Where available, Android and Google settings offer advertising-ID and advertising-privacy controls. Use any applicable consent choices presented in the App.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact contact.matechmobile@gmail.com, name the App and explain your request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and identify the relevant records.
Some advertising or analytics records are associated with device or installation identifiers and cannot be found from an email address alone. We may explain limits on information we can identify or control and direct you to the relevant provider. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Removing the App or its data does not cancel a subscription.
8. Children and parental involvement
Parents and guardians should supervise children's recording, sharing, purchases and access to external links. Do not include a child's unnecessary personal information in audio, filenames or support messages. Where applicable law requires parental authorization or consent, it must be obtained for the relevant use or processing.
If you believe a child's information has been handled improperly, contact contact.matechmobile@gmail.com with enough information for us to investigate. We will address the request as required by applicable law, including deletion or involving the relevant provider where required and possible.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and review recordings before sharing them.
Service providers may process technical, purchase or support information outside your country. Applicable data-protection requirements and relevant provider terms and safeguards govern that processing. Backups and onward sharing also depend on the services and settings you choose.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, providers or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
